East Midlands South Maths Hub are part of a national network of 40 Maths Hubs in England, working together in the national Maths Hubs programme, which began in 2014.  The programme is funded by the Department for Education (DfE) and coordinated by the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics (NCETM)

Computing hubs are led by schools and colleges across England with an exceptional track record in teaching computing. They deliver face to face courses and provide local support for teachers in primary and secondary schools in their area. Beauchamp College in Oadby lead the Leicester and East Midlands Computing Hub.

​Roade Primary School was designated as one of the government’s English Hubs in 2018. Roade English Hub provides support to local schools, academies and free schools to improve teaching of phonics, early language and reading in Reception and Year 1.

Leicestershire and Northamptonshire Science Learning Partnership ​is part of the National STEM Learning Network, which is made up of 25 SLPs across the country, plus the National STEM Centre at York. The network is funded by the DfE and Wellcome Trust with the remit of providing high quality, local CPD for secondary, primary, special and further education science teachers and settings.
